The Lil Cyanides Girls Only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program is the most kick-butt group of female fighters since the Valkyrie! Bringing together girls as young as 10 and as old as 18, the Lil Cyanides encourages more female athletes in a traditionally male dominated sport. With female coaching and a no boys allowed environment, even the most timid athlete can learn to be a confident fighter. Girls will learn how to overtake bigger, stronger opponents through the power of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Make friends, have fun, gain confidence, and get active with this unique martial arts opportunity!

Parents! Did You Know:

-Around 90% of high-level female business executives played sports when they were younger (cnbc.com 2017)

-Girls involved in athletics report higher levels of confidence and are 11% more likely to say they are happy the way they are. (espn.com 2018)

-Kids who are involved in martial arts often become significantly more resilient, which has a positive effect on their academic, social, and emotional skills. (livestrong.com 2019)

Lil’ Cyanides is taught by our BJJ coach and professional athlete Emily “Cyanide” Hauser. For girls new to grappling, she hosts a beginner class at 6:30 PM, and for girls looking for more of a challenge, she teaches an advanced class at 5:30 PM.
